DESCRIPTION
The TK11835 is a positive to negative switching regulator. This IC converts a positive input voltage into a regulated negative output voltage. The maximum regulated output voltage and current are determined by the choice of the external transistor and inductor. The thermal protection feature provides oscillator shutdown in the event of an overload condition. The wide input voltage range of 1.8 V to 15 V and a 50 mA base drive capability for the external transistor allow flexible operation in a large number of applications. The TK11835 is available in a miniature SOT-26 surface mount package. TK11835
